I'm a licensed painter, can anybody recommend something to help me find work?

I am a licensed (c-33)panting contractor who started my business not too long ago and I'm very confused about finding work at this time. I don't have money to spend in advertising Can anybody suggest anything that might help me, I'm just trying to provide for my family and any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

https://www.rivcojobs.com.
They have programs in place there to try and help small businesses succeed!
