Jane,
They have a good rating with the BBB however have several complaints and mixed reviews. I would urge to you read their reviews about other consumers experience with this company. I have linked their BBB report and Trustlink review above your question above.

I have used them in the past, they are great. They were able to get me a 40k consolidation loan from a credit union. The rate was 9%. Hope this helps.

They were able to help me get a 40k loan at 9%. I was actually approved by 3 different banks with them. I am currently at a 623 score with a DTI of 38% if that helps you.
