I purchased the Ab Circle Pro under the impression that if within 30 days I could return it for a refund less the s/h charges. I tried the product and it really bothered my low back, so I called to get a RA# to return the item. At that time, I was told that once I shipped it, to call back with a tracking # and then once they saw the product was on it's way back, I would be issued the refund. Approx. $20.00 - I originally paid $53.78 and shipping was $34.00. I shipped the item back, and called to give the tracking number like I was told. I was then told that I WOULD NOT be getting a refund. The refund is NOT for the initial payment. I DOES NOT SAY THAT ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE OR MY RECEIPT. I explained that I was told that I would get a refund and they didn't care. They held strong to not refunding my money I was then told that if I kept the item for 60 days and paid the 2nd payment and then returned the item, only then would I receive a refund. DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE WHATSOEVER???!!!! I said, I need to spend more $$ to get my money back??? DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. THEY GIVE FALSE CLAIMS AND FALSE ADVERTISING. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
