This is the worst answering service that you could ever have. BBB rated it an A, it should have a F. When patients call they tell them they can't take messages and give out the wrong information. They never get your messages to you in a timely fashion. They have cost my doctors hundreds of dollars in mix ups with appointments. When ever you call to talk to someone in charge or the owner they never call you back. They have no form of back up if power goes out, so they just don't answer calls, and don't let you know they are not going to answer calls. Very unprofessional when they finally answer the phone. Don't ever us them.
