Review 1/22/2011

I received a Cram 101 outline that highlighted less than half the chapters of my textbook. In the chapters that were covered, key concepts were missing. Rather than send an e-mail to Cram 101 - no customer service phone number available - I reached someone named Bob at the publishers. He was concerned about my complaint and offered to send me another book. When I said I just wanted to send the book back, he gave me the address of 123 Inkjets in Simi Valley. The book cost almost $30. Is this an isolated incident? Should I contact Amazon?
