truly made me sad

i played with Aeria for nearly 10 years now, and until recently i had never had a problem with them at all. tho 2 weeks ago i went to log into my account and it flat out was not there. i never once received a single email or heads-up of any sort. i have tried putting in a ticket and thus far i have been told that my account never existed 3 times now. even after sending copys of my transactions with them as well as very detailed information as to my in game characters and even there guild affiliations and statements from guild leaders i am loosing hope that i will ever be able to re claim my account.
In end if you intend to do anything more than pass time with the games this company provides DONT PLAY. i can deal with the loss of real money that was put into the game, but the loss of countless friends to whom i only kept connections with via these games, that is where my deepest disappointment and anger lays with this company.
