I ordered a GPS unit from this online store after confirming that they had the item I wanted. Instead, they charged my credit card and sent me a different GPS unit than what I ordered. I contacted them via their online chat (not working now) and obtained an RMA number to return the incorrect item. I returned the unit under the RMA and even got a verification from UPS that the item was actually returned to them. That was over a month ago and they still have not put the credit back to my credit card. I have repeatedly tried to contact them via phone, but their messages say that all representatives are busy, then they hang up. They will not answer any chat requests or any email querys. Researching this company now shows that they are and have been doing business this way for quite some time. My advise is to stay away from this company as it operates without concience or any regards for their customers. They will not return your money once they have placed a charge to your credit card, even if you return incorrect item to them under an RMA that they will give you. Appears to be a bait and switch scheme to get your credit card number - possible fraud company. Buyer Beware of AisleBuyAisle.com.
