Terrible customer service....terrible! You can never get a hold of anyone of importance at this company through phone voice mail or if you can find it - email. No one ever returns your calls or emails from the email address provided on their website. When you do call the lady who answers the phone is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The only good thing about this company is the maintenance man, as nice as he can be. Everyone else acts like they are in the mob - this company is ridiculous! Worst customer service i have ever experienced -WARNING: DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
