I called to get information that I was previously given mis-information about and I was treated with extreme disrespect, constant interrupting, mocking, and the poorest customer service I have ever received. This was from Brenda the branch manager. She wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. Finally I asked for her supervisors number and she gave me the customer service number for the bank instead of the next person up the corporate ladder. I am extremely displeased with this Credit Union and I hope others will see this and avoid them so they wont ever have to deal with this horrible person.
