I have a HP computer which has an extended warranty through CityAssure. In March I contacted them as I had a buzzing sound coming from my computer so I filed a claim. The technician on the phone stated this was a problem with my power supply. When the repairman came out he stated it was not the power supply but the video card that was causing the problem and ordered this part. It took three additional calls to CityAssure to finally get this part, which was not the same make or model as the original video card. When this was installed the repairman "did not know" it needed an audio wire so I had no sound, also the video quality of this card was inferior to my original. After two more times contacting CityAssure I finally got this audio wire which was not the correct part and could not be installed in my computer. At this time the repairman told me the video card was an "inferior product" to the one that came with my computer. Again, another two times I contacted the company and a second video card was sent, the same make and model which did not work the first time. Again, same problem with video quality, no sound. The repairman who came out the third time stated there was nothing wrong with the video and said the problem was with my harddrive or my monitor. At expense to myself I had these checked and they are both working properly. My work order shows that the original model video card was to be installed, but the actual card sent is not the same as on the work order.
If I could give this company negative stars I would.
