I had a terrible dealing with this company. They refuse to return a call. Who is this "owner" that they say is working my file? I cancelled my order before it was ever dispatched. Still waiting for my refund. I have called multiple times only to be told first that the owner would call me back, then that Barbie handles refunds and she would be back in a couple minutes and would call me. After some research i found that this is a fairly new company. I should have done the research first. This is a shady shady company. I should have known when they didn't have website, and the charge for my deposit went to an different company. When i called this other company American Alliance they told me that their owner was a stock holder in American Direct and helped them by running cards for them. I asked them to refund my money since they're the ones i paid and I was told that the charge was given back to American Direct. Im pretty sure I'm out the deposit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Do some research and find a good company. I should have looked on here first.
