Terrible service

i had an old dd2114 that i had simply added my distinguished flying cross . This rude person told me it was unacceptable and refused to give me service though i nearly lost my life in Vietnam in my earning this medal of whaich i offered him alternate proof from the verifyable commandant of the marine corps citation.This meant nothing to this person at the American War Library.
