I want to thank Robert C. Prado and all involved with Americas Consumer Advocacy Group for their help in getting me a mortgage modification from Bank of America. I had tried on numerous occasions to do this on my own, with the result always the same, being told that I did not qualify. After working with Robert for about 4 months, I finally received word from the bank that they are offering me a 3 month trial modification on my mortgage. I have to make these payments on time, and then the modification becomes permanent. This modification will make my payment 24% less a month which you have to agree is significant. Robert is a professional and follows up weekly as promised. I will recommend Robert and Americas Consumer Advocacy Group to anyone seeking help with mortgage assistance. WPL
