I experienced similar negative issues as the previous reviewers. Around the Globe raised the price $100 after paying the deposit. Initially, I was told by the salesperson that by paying the deposit, my quote is locked-in. I never received the gas vouchers. When I called to inquire about the vouchers, I was told I would receive them in 2 weeks and that was over a month ago. As far as tracking the vehicle, the dispatch gave me the phone number to the driver so that I could call him myself to get the status of the car. They did not do anything to help. When I did call, I was put on hold for a long time and sometimes disconnected, where I would have to call back and be put on hold again. I do not recommend this company.
