We recently had a pipe burst in our home, water for hours and damage that was big. We had friends that heard about Baldwin, and heard good things about them, so we called them, and they were there in within an hour. Baldwin gave a rough estimate (it was big, but this was a big job), there approach was not to get us to sign, but to help, they waited for us to determine who to use, our insurance company want to send there company, but my better side told me that our decision was Baldwin. We hired them on the spot, they sprung into action, extracted all the water and dried my home, and personal belongings, these guys did not leave until I WAS SATISIFIED, now that's what I call service. My home was repaired by Baldwin and its like nothing happened, they worked with my wife on colors, carpet, etc. Thanks Baldwin, your work showed I made the right choice!
