TERRIBLE SERVICE, AWFUL FACILITIES
The Worst Customer Service Ever
High registration fee with a lot of unfulfilled promises and phony spa freebies
Steam room? Jacuzzi? Never available – closed at 8:00PM!
They don’t even have proper changing rooms and shower facilities– you need to use hotel’s swimming pool bathrooms after begging for keys at front desk
After a year, Once I decided to cancel they start sending collection letter.
Do not sign anything with them. Do not give them your credit card information. I had to close credit card to stop them from charging me after membership cancellation
Staff members snooty, uncooperative and rude
