Wow! I've been a member for three years and my experience has been the total opposite. The pool and the jacuzzi are located outside so sometimes I go at 7 in the morning and sometimes at midnight. I've used the sauna and steam until closing time and sometimes the girl at the front lets me stay even longer. They even have free towel service! Even the cleaning crew and the maintenance man stop to greet you. You can't ask for friendlier people.
