OMG, it wasn't until I was completely pist with this company did I even think about the BBB. To make a long story short, I placed an order and was charged 2 ball plus things I didn't even ask for (DVD's, pills). I was charged a crazy price and called to cancell the order. I was told that the order was already processed and that once I recieved it to return it. I have made call and taken names. When I told the lady yesterday that I was going to call BBB they we able to make my order right. I also called Judy whose name and number I got off this site and she offered to send me a free bender ball. This company is crazy and as soon as I get my refund I will be contacting my bank and chaning my card information.
This business is horrible. Their customer service reps and mangers suck. I hope that they get shut down.
