I order the bender ball online they charged my credit card and I received it in the mail. Everything was fine. About a month later I received another package in the mail. I checked my credit card the next day and they charged me $43.97. I called them and talked to a lady she told I was enrolled into a membership. I asked her how, when I ordered the bender ball online I made sure I marked the box to not enroll me into the membership. She didn't have an answer I told her I wanted them to refund the money back to my credit card and I was shipping the package back as refused. I mailed it back that Friday certified so when they received it back they would have to sign for it. I received back the card where they signed they received it. I waited a week and still no credit to my credit card. I called a second time and talked to another member service rep. She told me that it takes time to get from returns, then to them to credit it back. I then ask her how they can legally charge my credit card without my approval. She stated that she could not answer that question I would have to speak to the owner of the company. When I asked to speak to the owner she said that would be impossible and then ended the call. That has been a week ago and still no credit back on my card. So two weeks and still no credit. I am going to call again tomorrow and the next week and so on until I get my refund. Good luck to anyone who orders from the company BEWARE!I just wanted to add an update I just got off the phone with Michael he is a supervisor and he told me that my account was being refunded the full amount and it should be posted by the weekend. I wish I would have talked to him right from the start he was very nice and was quick to help me. Hopefully everything is settled.
