I ordered their product, immediately received a confirmation email that my order was being processed, and I would receive an email confirming shipment. After a week I called to inquire and was told the order would ship that week and I would receive email confirmation. Another week passed, still no confirmation or product, so I called again and was told the product was on back-order when I ordered it (wasn't told that in the first phone call), but they had just received a shipment and should have confirmation within the week. This is week three and no shipping confirmation or product. Called again, told they were on back-order and the rep could not tell me when another shipment would come in. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was on hold for so long I finally hung up and decided to check the BBB site. After reading these reviews that sounded very much like my own experiences, I called them back and canceled my order. Do NOT waste your time with this company!
