I placed my order with this company in Jan. it is now the end of march and I have still not recieved my order. Every time I call the customer service line and demand to speak with a supervisor or a manager they tell me there are no managers or supervisors. I have made many calls to them and they tell me the same thing every time. That the balls are on back order and that I will recieve it in seven to ten days. Its a joke. I f any of you have noticed every time you go to the website and try to track your order it tells you to use the right area code with your phone number even if you put in your zip code. This is unreal. I did call again today and tell them I wanted my order cancelled and my card number taken off file and I wanted something in writing letting me know that they did that. We will see what happens next. Good luck to all of you out there.
