We contracted with Biago to redesign our company website with a 5-week deadline. Over 3 months later we were still asking for the 3rd and 4th time for the same errors to be fixed...
First, he (Sean) never returned the signed contract. Second, he kept trying to push us into hosting with him, which we clearly told him in our first meeting was not going to happen (Him hosting is his cash-cow). Third, after 3 months of the same changes requested and little progress - we had to fire him.
Since that day he has refused to communicate with us and has refused to return the initial deposit due to non-performance.
We have also noticed that on some of his "glowing reviews" that the photo of the person is actually clip-art off the internet!
