I had my driveway stained and sealed 2 years ago now. They sent me a crew that could not speak English when the job was preformed.They were to match my driveway and seal. They did the complete opposite of what I had before. Yes it looked nice but it was not what I wanted. I called Brad and he came over and kept saying it was beautiful. Frustrating as it was. My contract said I had 5 year warranty which Brad said was a mistake that the rep should not have done that. I knew down the road I was looking at having issues. Guess what, after a year and a half my driveway was peeling along its edged and the whole driveway is now faded and the sealer is almost gone. I tried calling Brad this fall and he would not return my call. I emailed them and they said he would call and never returned my calls. Multiple calls. So one time I finally got him on the phone I told him I would have to take him to court and told me good luck with that, that I will not be happy with the end result. I did recently call again and asked him to come out to look at my driveway. I don't think he recognized the name and he thought it was a new client. When he got here he told be he could fix it but it would cost be to have it resealed. He said he would call me with a quote the following Tuesday and guess what no call, ever. Called a few times but no response. Would never recommend him! Going to take him to court!
