Floral/2000 Order# 4211126334671 Date 8-7-2015 NO REBATE GIVEN Inferior Product

I ordered "Hugs and Kisses" bouquet under Visit Merchant/Start Shopping priced at $134.98, rebate 17%, $50 off sale and a current $5 off. It was delivered NOTHING like the bouquet pictured. The quart jar had only 5 roses and a few tiny 1/2" flowers in diameter. There was no babies breath or filler of any kind. I was embarrassed when delivered to the family of my dear friend who had died suddenly. Flora/2000 responded by e-mail about the arrangement itself and I agreed it may have been the fault of the local florist they used so I accepted their apology and no adjustment in price was made but they have not responded to my requests for the rebate. I complained on line to customer service and heard nothing. I wrote a letter and sent a picture of the advertised bouquet along with my complaint to the Las Vegas address on the customer service on line and it was returned by the post office as NOT DELIVERABLE, NOT KNOWN!! DO NOT USE FLORAL/2000!!!! It's been 7 months now.
