Before using this company do your homework.
I've had many bad experiences with this company from different stand points.
-Too many changes in staff assigned to your case resulting in
-Lost files, paperwork and money paid to them yet undocumented in their system.
(Many months lost due to mishandling of legal paperwork and I have since lost my home.)
-Inappropriate handling off calls and unacceptable customer services by case managers (particulary a Mr. Ed Deleon)
If you really want a company that will provide care to you, do NOT use this company. That's why they have a rating of F
