They are very unprofessional and although the classes are affordable for parents they are not worth the money. Classes are taught by unqualified staff and parents have to do the majority of the work. When asked to be refunded I was told that I could not be, even though I was no longer attending the class and very unhappy with the outcome of the first class. If this is a youth outreach program you should not be overcharging for art kits, etc. I wish you luck with your organization in the future, but in this economy you should be providing quality service to the consumers that decide to give YOU their hard earned dollar.
