This company has many loop holes with dealing with customers. They do not provide with all the adequate information that is required for you to know. The dispatcher Alex, is mean and unprofessional, they are unwilling to accept that there are errors in there system and will charge you more money for there error. DO NOT trust anything they say, always read the fine print and ask questions in detail! They will charge you no matter what action you take and will give you attitude if you ask them to refund your money for your inconvenience because of there mistake.
