I have had the pleasant experience of working with owner Daniel Lopez of Dannlop Contracting on numerous occasions. First of all he is responsible, reliable and extremely trust worthy. Daniel is a great general. He is ethical, patient, easy to talk to, flexible with changes, conscientious, a problem solver, and thinks on his feet. He takes pride in his work and strives to get the job done to the clients' satisfaction and in a timely manner. I have worked with Dannlop both in Palm Springs, CA at three different projects as well as my personal residence in Los Angeles. One of the Palm Springs projects was a major gut and total remodel of a commercial medical building. Everything was done from top to bottom - windows, doors, exterior walls, framing and moving interior walls, roofing, skylights, heat and air, plumbing, electrical, you name it...and he was always on the job and on the ball. Plus he was great at interfacing with the city. Dannlop Contracting was excellent and I would highly recommend using this company.
