I really wish I had read the other reviews about this company before purchasing anything from Diamond Skin Systems. This company really does not have any integrity at all. I have been trying to contact them since I received my machine over 2 1/2 months ago. It was missing a wand and a couple other things which they wont send. I have tried to place orders for the supplies I need and can't get anything from them. They have never once returned a phone call, email, or online order. I have even gotten a lawyer involved which I thought would help but has not. Terrible company! Do not do business with them!I do however like the machine and the results my clients get from it. They just have the worst customer service in the world!
