Sad that I did not look here before doing business with these crooks. I had the same problem.. they sent me a power adapter that was almost sliced in half.. they did a crude patch job with some electrical tape and shipped it out.
They tell me that it was "tested and working" when shipped, but they conveniently left out that is was cut and shorts out if moved at all when I purchased it, as a matter of fact.. it never even mentioned that it was in used condition...
So they sent me an RMA which basically means I get to spend more money to ship it back to them and then hope that they refund even a portion of my money..
Save yourself the head-ache and take your business elsewhere.. you have been warned....
