* Order placed on Sunday, 11/8/09. Paid an extra $15 for 3-day shipping.
Because of Veteran's Day Holiday - gave them more time.
* Not received by Friday 11/13. Called repeatedly. Sent to voice mail. Left message.
No delivery Monday. No response to message.
* Wednesday 11/18 (7 business days later) called repeatedly. Transferred to 'special orders', asked me to hold - and hung up. 2x!
Kept calling. Was sent to voicemail. Left messages. Kept calling. Finally - because I refused to be transferred - spoke with a person. They PROMISED delivery by Friday 11/20 and a refund of the 3-day shipping charge.
* NO delivery Friday OR Saturday OR Monday.
* Called Monday - no explanation, no effort was made to contact me.
* I canceled the order.
Do not order from this company. Not worth it.
