Honest and Prompt response

I received an honest and friendly attempt to answer my concern and were willing to refund my money. Although originally I felt this company was out to deceive me to profit I now see that they are willing to properly address what could be considered misleading advertising. The main reason I am giving them 3 stars instead of 4 is that the customer call center was not able to address my concern and I had to seek other means to solve the problem.
