I was charged for 3 credit reports and scores by Experian when I thought I signed up for a free trail version. After I filed a complaint the matter was resolved very quickly and professionally by Experian. I appreciate their handling this matter by refunding the money I was charged. I think it would be in the customers best interest if they put in a button that states you will be charged $31.95 if you click this button.
