My complaint was resolved and my money refunded by Freecreditscore.com. I would like to ask the company to be more specific as to their 7 day trial period. I signed up on the 15th, cancelled on the 22nd as I thought that was the 7th day. I was told that I would still be charged becasue the actual 7th day had been the 21st. I also feel this should have, or could have, been resolved by the company its self if they truly cared about their customers as this was not an attempt for me to scam them out of one day of free service and not have to result in me reaching out to the BBB for help. I also feel their site tricks you to sign up but then once in the site you have to pay for anything else you want to see, i.e. your actual report or other scores, which is the whole reason I went to the site in an effort to resolve some issues on my report. Either way, I have received an apology, although slightly bittersweet, and been issued a refund.
