Stellar Customer Service on Amazon.com!

I purchased a Jawbone ERA Bluetooth headset from GadgetsGo.com and Ross Kelson went above and beyond the call of duty to provide 5-star stellar customer service! I received the headset in South Korea in excellent condition. However, one of the gel earpieces was missing. Ross sent the missing earpiece to me in Korea at no extra charge. Thank you!
