I don't have a number for my complaint I filed with BBB, but I am still not satisfied. why? Well lets see as I said in the report, how can you hack a account when your Internet router and computer are turned off, your asleep and it is 12am? Also how can they have your ip address if your computer with it is not on. The ip is easy a product called hide my ip. Someone had my ip and hacked the account. Did gaia check probably not. My case they had no proof I hacked the user other than my ip address and a item that I had purchased with gaia gold that HAPPEND to be similar to one that was sent to me. I offered the user if they want me to return the items soon as I recover them and was banned. Also on my accounts front page it said clear as day "If you trade me without asking for anything in return. I reserve the right to believe it is a gift from you." I even gave gaia the account name and date I was hacked and the stolen items left my account. I bet that user is still hacking accounts in gaia online right now. What if the user gave me willingly his account cause he was leaving gaia online, then comes back and claims I hacked them? What then? I was given permission to access the account. I think this company should be shut down cause I let a friend access my account and she bought for me about $5,000 worth of items. I spoke to her a few days after my complaint was brushed off by gaia and the bbb. She said she left gaia cause they steal.
