I just want to say that this company's customer service is truly amazing. I called up to order 3 Omaha Pendants in Red color. The red was recently discontinued but they are the most perfect pendant lights for my kitchen. I bought an old historic stove and did so much to make this the perfect kitchen and these red pendant lights were all I needed to make the kitchen exactly what I wanted. Those pendants gave the kitchen the POP it needed. Anyway, I called in to order only to find out that it just got discontinued. I wish I would have known it was discontinued but I guess things do change with all the craziness in manufacturing these days. Anyway, I was so sad because I looked everywhere and only wanted those pendants. Then, I got a call from a guy named Sunil and he told me that would do a search nationwide for those red pendants. I, of course, said thanks but didn't think I would ever hear back. To my shock and suprise, he called me the next morning and found the only three red pendants left in the country. He secured those lights for me even before I ordered them because he didn't want me to lose out on those. I just could not believe that kind of customer service follow through and how he went above and beyond just to get me the lights I wanted. Who else searches the country for a product for you? And to boot, they shipped out to me two days later! I absolutely love my lights and will go back to GREENCulture anytime!
