I have had a terrible experience with GreenCulture. I purchased the Bernini Triple Downlights from them through the web. The website stated (still does) that the lights are 15.5 inches in width. However, the lights are actually 27 inches in width. Although this is listed as one of their 'best sellers', the only way I could prove this to them was to take pictures (showing the lights and a tape measure), which I did. They acknowledged that they mis-represented the dimensions of the light. I asked for a return. The customer service supervisor initially told me that I could return the lights. I pressed him over the coming weeks for information on how I complete the return (how the lights should be packaged and where I should return them to). Today he has indicated that they will not accept the lights back. Never once during this process was there an "I'm sorry" said, nor has GreenCulture made any move to correct their website -- even though they know the dimensions of this particular item are incorrect. What kind of a company does business like this?? I would definitely look elsewhere for my lighting needs in the future and would encourage you to do the same.
