I received a phone call from "Free Energy Act" that identified them as a Florida State agency. I scheduled an inspection and received a confirmation from "Florida State Inspection". In reality it was a sales rep from Greentech in Miami trying to sell solar heating systems. There was a helpful inspection and the sales approach was not aggressive but the premise was deceptive and I am on the national Do Not Call registry.
