GreenTech called doing a customer service survey and asked me to place a review of my experience with them. They said that after many years in business that there were very few reviews available so I agreed but told them that while I`m overall happy with their service and product that I would also be critical. They called and asked if I would like a surveyor to do a review if I would benefit from improving my home energy efficiency. The man was professional and gave me many different suggestions and I agreed to buy a Solar Hot water system. The install was a little delayed and the installers spoke poor english but the system went in smoothly and I had immediate very hot water. I had to call to request user information but then it was clearly explained by their rep. Saw a significant drop in my energy bill the next month. Developed a minor leak above the water storage tank but they repaired it very quickly. No problems since then. Greentech asked for referrals and after a couple of months two of my neighbors also used them. They seem happy. I did a little after the fact homework and found that the equipment installed had recieved a EPA award for excellence, this pleased me a quite a lot.
