Greg E. is RIGHT ON...STAY AWAY... This company has changed its name several times&phone numbers on letterhead suddenly do not work any longer. We indeed had to send the same info in repeatedly..at first we were told it was not received..our fax machine says it was. Then it was,"Well, your bank can ask for updates as many times as they want". Our case was passed from person to person and at one point, an individual made the mistake of letting us know that work on our case had not even started until April..we had signed w/them in Jan! When we got tired of all the hassle & not being able to get hold of them quickly, we demanded a refund...here comes the BIG LIE..they e-mailed me a letter stating they had come to an agreement w/our bank and they suggested we take the modification..first time we had heard of that.So now they were no longer representing us (after thousands of $)So we called our bank (Sept)..no, there was no modification, they had not heard from that company since JULY!! Keep your $$$ and fine some other way. There should be NO star in their rating.
