Owners currently facing 33 felony counts from Grand Jury Indictment

UPDATE 10/09/12: The case is now in Orange County Superior Court, Case # 12ZF0141. Thirty-three felony counts in a Grand Jury indictment.
Both Curtis Curt) Melone and Christopher (Chris) Fox are out on $300,000.00 bail each. A Pre Trial Trial Setting Conference will be held on October 26, 2012 in Dept. 45 at 8:30 AM at OC Superior Court in Santa Ana CA.
