Stay as far away from this company as you can!!! They take your money, promise to help you and when your home goes into foreclosure, the try to make you short sale to them! I have been dealing with them since April 2011 and was promised they would get me a loan modification with no problems. It's now the end of August, my bank wants to start forclosure, these people won't answer their phone and you can't leave a message because voice mail is always full. Last month when they tried to "convince" me to do a short sale to them and I refused, was the last time I spoke to anyone. I asked about the money I sent and was told it was in an escrow account and that I wanted it returned, like I said I haven't spoken to a person since. I was stupid and fell for this, but if my experience keeps people away and ultimately shuts them down, then it's worth it.
