Dealer's forget to pay off your lease, HMF wrecks your credit and refuses to fix

I turned in a lease early because the dealer agreed to pay it off. The dealer made one (but not two) payments and Hyundai Moter Finance failed to communicate that to anyone. They reported it to the credit agencies, totally messed up an otherwise great credit score, and they won't do anything to fix it. They do not care about customers or your credit.
