This location is awesome and so much fun. Everyday is something new and fun. The instructors help everyone that needs help and shows you if you the steps if you don't understand it. This is not like any other gym I've ever been too. It's truly awesome and so much fun. Who doesn't love to hit a bag. I've seen small changes in myself. So much more energy. I love coming here.
