If you are an owner, never use this company to manage your property. If your a renter,look elsewhere. I was rented an apartment that had a broken air conditioner when it was 103 outside,it had rats, missing vertical blinds, dirty carpet, heater was broken for a month and a half during the winter.My stove and dishwasher didn't work.The building I rented from, had termites evreywhere. The water was shut off for repairs multiple times a week but never fixed. We often have no water over night, had no hot water for two days. I have received one rent receipt since September, I have asked multiple times and nothing.Do yourself a favor no matter how good of a deal you think it is, it's not worth it
