Bad experience with Customer Service & Repair

I purchased the Invicta Interceptor April 2011.I went on a cruise and went swimming in the Caribbean in about 6-10 feet of water. When I returned on the ship I noticed my watch had gotten water in it. My troubles had just begun. I contacted Invicta Repair and paid the fee to return the watch for repair. After three months I called Customer Service to find out the status of my watch repair, after several calls no one could tell me the status of the repair, finally after several more calls someone told me that the watch had to be sent to Switzerland for repair and it would take another three months. Three months later I called to check on the repair and no one could find my watch. I then called ShopNBC and spoke to the assistant to the president of the watch division. He said he would look into the situatation regarding my watch. Three days later he called me back and told me Invicta had located my watch and would send it to me via FedEx.
Invicta Customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. To me Customer Service is just as important as the watch is. My hat goes off to
ShopNBC for helping me find my watch and having it returned. I will never by another invicta watch or recommend them to anyone.
