You decide on how to send your money

Let me start by saying I loved my watch until... I sent my watch to Invicta for repairs. I paid $60.00 up front for the work to be done as it was out of warranty. They lost my watch. Invicta then told me my watch was only worth a fraction of the $275.00 I paid for it. They said because when the watch reached the end of production it sold for only $70 or so bucks on Shop NBC. They gave me "Invicta Bucks" (80.00 to be exact) to pick out a new one from them. Of course I would need to come up with $300.00 more dollars to get another similar watch. Keep in mind the watches I chose were the same ones I could buy at Sam's club and other outlets for around $100 dollars. So I was not looking to up grade. Remember I already paid for repairs on the lost watch so the 80.00 Invicta bucks was really $20.00. Bottom Line the watch was awesome and I loved it. Invicta Service lack severely in the service end. I tell people about this and they are skeptical until I show them the emails and history of this fiasco. If it had not happened to me I would be skeptical too. Check their BBB rating in Florida if you think I am exaggerating. http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/watches-dealers/invicta-watch-company-of-america-in-hollywood-fl-27002445#reasonrating
