Supposedly fixed a problem with my big screen Sony. The problem was back after 2 weeks. I spoke to Luis 2X left 4 messages that were never returned. He agreed to send someone to fix the problem and the technician never showed up nor did I get a call to reschedule. The are not cheap! But they ARE dishonest, not good at what they claim to do well, and do not honor their written warranty. Avoid these people!
