Use this man's service at your own peril. This experience has been a most agonizing tale of unprofessional, unethical, and unfinished business. Since the job is still unfinished, after repeated excuses and no-shows, our last resort is to take Mr. Roberts to Small Claims Court. Our children's playground is littered with the branches of the half-finished job. The main body of the tree stands bare of it's limbs with Mr. Roberts' rope hanging down across our playground. The slide of the swing set is crushed under branches. Mr. Roberts is short of temper and uses explicit language in conversation (calls back immediately, speaking politely and making promises to finish the work but has yet to follow-through). Today is 27 days since the work was ordered and 12 days since the job has been left unfinished all over my yard. I am about to file my first legal claim against someone.
